Home Planet: Skaro
Appearance: Kaled mutations in robot-like mechanical shells
Weaknesses: Reliance on logic & machinery
The greatest enemy of the Doctor has been the Daleks. The Daleks are organisms from the planet Skaro, integrated within a tank-like or robot-like mechanical casing. The resulting creatures are a powerful race bent on universal conquest and domination, utterly without pity, compassion or remorse. Various storylines portray them as having had every emotion removed except hate, leaving them with a desire to purge the Universe of all non-Dalek life. Occasionally they are shown as experiencing other emotions, primarily fear, although such occurrences are rare. Their famous catchphrase is "Exterminate!", with each syllable individually screeched in a frantic electronic voice.
Home Planet: Mondas/Telos (original series) /
Parallel Earth (new series)
Appearance: Cyborgs - Humans In A Metallic Shell
Weaknesses: Gold / Gravity / Radiation
Steel giants with the strength of ten men. A menace to the Doctor in two universes. Humanity faces a choice - become like the Cybermen... or be deleted! Cybermen are cyborgs - organic beings who have had technology grafted onto their bodies. The original Cybermen were "human" natives of Earth's twin planet Mondas - although they appear to have been physically larger than humans. Later generations of Cybermen were forcibly converted human beings. The conversion process adds a metallic exoskeleton and provides the Cyberman with much greater strength and endurance than they otherwise would have had. The process also affects the subject's brain, removing emotional responses and overwriting the original being's personality.
Home Planet: Unknown
Appearance: Solid Stone
Weaknesses: Looking At Each Other / Energy Starvation
The Weeping Angels are a species of winged humanoids from the early universe, so called because they cover their faces, giving them a weeping appearance, to prevent trapping themselves in stone form for eternity. The Doctor described them as being "the only psychopaths in the universe to kill you nicely", and apparently it was rare for them not to use this method of murder. The Doctor was caught off guard when the consciousness of a murdered soldier told him that the Angel snapped his neck.

Home Planet: Ood Sphere: Horsehead Nebula
Appearance: Humanoid in appearance with coleoid tentacles
Weaknesses: Slave Race / Weak
The Ood are a slave race to humanity, performing menial tasks, and it is claimed that every human has an Ood servant. In their debut story "The Impossible Planet", it is established that the Ood offer themselves for servitude willingly, having no goals of their own except to be given orders and to serve. It is also claimed that they cannot look after themselves, and if they do not receive orders, they pine away and die. However, mention is made of a group called the "Friends of the Ood" who are apparently lobbying for Ood freedom.
more and more monsters coming soon. Please be patient :)
